Easter Bunny Treats are a fun and festive dessert perfect for celebrating spring. These adorable, no-bake goodies are easy to make and great for kids' parties or family gatherings. A delightful combination of sweetness and creativity!
2-3green chocolate shards or colored coconut shavings to serve
¼cupwhite candy melts
Instructions
Trim the walnuts and Raffaello chocolates slightly using a sharp knife to create flat surfaces where they will be joined.
Melt the white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. You can also use a double boiler for this step.
Apply a small amount of melted chocolate to the flat sides of the walnuts and coconut candies. Press them together to form a stable base. Chill for 15 minutes until set.
Dab a little melted chocolate on top of each Raffaello candy. Attach a white chocolate-covered almond to create the bunny’s face.
Using the melted chocolate as “glue,” attach sliced almonds on both sides of the face to resemble bunny ears. For a cute finishing touch, use snowflake sprinkles as bangs.
Allow the candies to chill until the chocolate hardens. Then, using a food-safe marker, draw on facial expressions. Kids will love getting creative with this step!
Arrange the bunnies on a serving plate, sprinkling green chocolate shards or colored coconut shavings around them to create a festive “grass” effect.

Chef Jenn’s Tips
Swap walnuts for pecans if you prefer a sweeter, nuttier taste.
If you don’t have sliced almonds, try using small cornflakes for a crunchy twist.
Make these treats a day ahead and store them in the fridge to save time.
