3 cups Corn Chex 2 cups mini pretzel twists 2 cups Lucky Charms cereal 12 ounces white melting wafers ¼ cup mini marshmallows ¼ cup green M&Ms 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Corn Chex, mini pretzel twists, Lucky Charms cereal, and mini marshmallows.
Melt the white melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the green M&Ms and rainbow sprinkles over the top for extra color and crunch.
Let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens completely.
Once set, break it into bite-sized pieces and serve!
Chef Jenn's Tips
Want a pop of extra color? Add a few drops of green food coloring to the melted white chocolate before mixing it in.
If making this with kids, let them sprinkle the toppings—it’s a fun and easy way to get them involved!
Don’t skip the parchment paper or silicone mat. It prevents sticking and makes cleanup super easy.
