Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 2 cups Lucky Charms cereal
  • 12 ounces white melting wafers
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup green M&Ms
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Corn Chex, mini pretzel twists, Lucky Charms cereal, and mini marshmallows.
  • Melt the white melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the green M&Ms and rainbow sprinkles over the top for extra color and crunch.
  • Let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens completely.
  • Once set, break it into bite-sized pieces and serve!

Notes

  • Want a pop of extra color? Add a few drops of green food coloring to the melted white chocolate before mixing it in.
  • If making this with kids, let them sprinkle the toppings—it’s a fun and easy way to get them involved!
  • Don’t skip the parchment paper or silicone mat. It prevents sticking and makes cleanup super easy.
